Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Jointflora, including coaching workbooks and journal sets. Coaching session fees are governed by separate enrollment agreements.
1. Return Window
You may return unused physical products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) where applicable.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition with no writing or markings.
- Returned in original packaging where possible.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads and PDF resources once delivered.
- Products that have been written in, damaged by the customer, or used.
- Coaching session fees after sessions have been delivered.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@jointflora.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within two business days.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
6. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Coaching Program Cancellations
Coaching program cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms agreed at enrollment. Contact us to discuss your situation.
